From the Service Department:

The City of Milford Service Department is accepting applications for summer positions. Applicants need to be at least 16 years of age and available until August 31, 2001. The positions pay $8.50 per hour and include a 40-hour work week. Applications can be picked up and dropped off at City Hall, 745 Center Street, Suite 200. Call 831-7018 for more information.

Brush pick-up will continue on Wednesdays. There is no need to call for this service between the months of March and November. Please bundle all loose branches and place the cut edges near the road. Remember that tree limbs and branches cannot be over 6 inches in diameter nor longer than 8 feet. Please call the Service Department if you would like a scoop of these wood chips.

Gravel is available for use in the front of your house (within the public right-of-way) or for off-street parking. Please call the Service Department at 831-7018 for more information.
